Delivery

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

Express Shipping
£7. Receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.

Standard Shipping
Free of charge. Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands typically takes 2 business days.

Returns Policy

Exchanges & Replacements
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help!

• We’re happy to offer an alternative style or size as part of our exchange policy.
• You can request a replacement at Suitor Replacement Orders or via our Replacement Portal.
• For sizing replacements, there is a £10 replacement charge, which covers shipping.
• To return the original item, download a free return shipping label from our Returns Portal.

Once the original item is lodged at your nearest post office, we will dispatch your replacement order promptly.

Refunds
If you want to return your order, we offer a refund minus a £20 shipping and handling fee (this fee covers the cost of delivering your original order). Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order being delivered. You must notify us via email, support ticket or Live Chat that you would like to return your order.

To start the return process:

1. Visit our Returns Portal to download a free return shipping label.
2. Place the items in the original box, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds are processed once we receive and check your return at our warehouse. They typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Clearance Orders (Ex-Rentals in Good Condition)

Refunds
For returns, we offer a refund minus a £20 shipping and handling fee (this fee covers the cost of delivering your original order). Refunds must be requested and returned within 3 business days of your order being delivered. You must notify us via email, support ticket or Live Chat that you would like to return your order. Clearance sales are final. Returns must be requested within 3 business days of delivery. Refunds are not accepted after the event date or if garments are worn.
